I have just about done everything but my government homework, it seems.
Why am I so lonely?
aka I miss my best friend.
I can honestly say that I will miss all of you,
when college time rolls ‘round. You’ll be headed in your directions, and I mine. You’ll stay together, clinging to one another for some since of familiarity, and I’ll cut myself from all remaining strings of the past and move onward to somewhere new and ‘uncharted’.
Sometimes I think fear will take hold, and I will remain here.
